You will drive operational excellence within our fast-growing Investor Services business by coordinating, facilitating and managing on-boarding activities that are critical to achieving success for both our customers and Carta within a tight deadline.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients by on-boarding them onto Carta – i.e., implementation of client’s limited partners list, investments, capitalization table and securities</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the on-boarding process</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effectively liaise between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate and manage multiple/simultaneous impleme ...
