We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies. Our business is thriving and expanding our product in both depth and breadth, and looking for quite technical, UX-appreciative, craftsmanship-aligned Product Managers to join the team. PMing at Metabase can be different than elsewhere, as we prioritize product craftsmanship and deep understanding of problems over moving metrics at all costs. It rewards intellectual curiosity, customer empathy and systematic thinking and doesn’t emphasize strict metric optimization or a ship-ship-ship attitude. We ship, but we do it well.
