About the Role The Xsolla School Program Director is responsible for designing, scaling, and operating Xsolla’s internal school and early-career talent programs across multiple global sites. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Xsolla School — from curriculum design and instructor management to student outcomes and hiring readiness. You will work closely with Engineering Leadership, HR, and Product teams to ensure the program produces high-quality, job-ready engineers aligned with Xsolla’s technical standards and business needs. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, technical fluency, and experience running complex, multi-location education or talent programs.
