Our team is now in the low hundreds. We’ve got top talent from the most successful companies in SMB software, including: Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, ServiceTitan, Rappi, Faire and Stripe.
We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth.
Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Why we’re looking for you
We’re expanding our People Business Partner team at Owner!
In this role, you’ll be a key strategic partner, aligning our People Ops initiatives with Owner’s business goals. You’ll work closely with CX and Go-to-Market leadership, supporting teams across each org to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
As an embedded partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach — helping leaders build high-performing teams, strengthen culture, and navigate change with confidence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, shaping how our people strategy scales with the business. At Owner, the People Business Partner role goes far beyond the “traditional” scope — you’ll operate much like a Chief of Staff for your business group.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
