<p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Detail Shop Manager or designated supervisor, assure the quality of the Detail Shop process “First Time Right” is applied by Detailers. Communicate with the detail line staff concerning quality and production goals, expectations, and be the first point of contact per detail line. Perform all additional duties assigned by the Manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed always.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Inspect the quality of work done by each team member, identify vehicle quality that does not meet company standards. Communicate with team members in a positive and collaborative manner when quality does not meet standards.</li>
<li>Identify the strengths of detailers to effectively create their assignments within the detail process.</li>
<li>Ensure proper techniques and procedures are being implemented by team members. Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.</li>
<li>Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition. Assist with shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report all incidents to management immediately. </li>
<li>Properly log the vehicle information into the computer upon satisfactory completion of inspection.</li>
<li>Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure focused and clear pictures per standards. </li>
<li>Return customer’s vehicles in clean condition.</li>
<li>Run inventory reports for the detail shop. </li>
<li>Advise the designated Manager of all equipment breakdowns and required maintenance immediately.</li>
<li>Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the Manager. </li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to use cleaning tools such as vacuums, pressure washer, drill, cleaning chemicals and jump boxes</li>
