You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $22-$24 hourly</li> <li><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $22.00/hr</li> <li><strong>At 3 Months: $22.50/hr</strong></li> <li><strong>At 6 Months: </strong>$23.00/hr</li> </ul> <p>In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to 24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually.
