Want more of the story?<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5dpBRp0-_w"> Check out our background here</a>. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the team and position</strong></p> <p>As a Logistics Lead, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs Inspection Centers. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics Transportation activities.</li> <li>Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment. </li> <li>Support team members (Logistics Associates and/or Vehicle Transporters) with daily functions including huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks. </li> <li>Perform Validation of Process to ensure performance to work standards and expectations. </li> <li>Monitor team performance via KPI reporting, assigning and assisting with tasks.</li> <li>Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets.</li> <li>Responsible for all Third Party (3P) transactions: inbound/outbound trips, inspection of receivables, documentation sign-off, and support ticket creation.</li> <li>Facilitate delayed shipments by working with warehouse and transportation personnel.</li> <li>Manage Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory and charging processes.</li> <li>Assist with communication and operational management between Logistics and business Partners (Market Operations, Post Production, Network Support, Safe and Secure, etc.).</li> <li>Support outbound shipping lane audits, ensuring scheduled transport.</li> <li>Maintain Logistics operational supply inventory (VT, LA, Breakroom supplies).</li> <li>Receive, Put Away, and Stage vehicles as needed.</li> <li>Assist onsite vendors with directions/access.</li> <li>Manage, coordinate, and oversee Logistics employee engagement events.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you should know</strong></p> <p>You will be required to perform your job duties during various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, cold, etc. You'll need to be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know-how to get the job done. We expect bright people, willing to roll up their sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once.
