<p></p> <p><strong>Position Overview: </strong></p> <p>This intermediate level position provides network operations support including on road escalation incidents for Carvana-employed auto haulers delivering cars to customers nationwide. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <p>● Assist in resolving real-time on road incidents moving across the Logistics Network by providing real-time incident management and support to all drivers. <br>● Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates. <br>● Provide real-time support to Logistics field teams while maintaining route integrity and service levels. <br>● Minimize postponed deliveries through root cause analysis and continuous monitoring of exceptions. <br>● Use multiple internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot issues that may arise during transit. <br>● Locate and select vendors to drive excellent service while mitigating risks and downtime. <br>● Maximize outbound capacity to increase on-time delivery and reduce transit times. <br>● Collaborate with Vehicle Transporters, Logistics Field Leadership, Fleet Maintenance, Market Operations, and Network Planning to minimize network disruptions. <br>● Leverage strong analytical and Google Sheet skills to help organize data. <br>● Perform administrative duties including accurately documenting real-time incidents while effectively communicating incident status and resolution plan to Logistics Field Leadership.</p> <p><strong>What the job requires:</strong></p> <p>To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. <br>● High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. <br>● 2+ years experience in a Customer Service role. <br>● 2+ years of practical experience in Maintenance or Logistics. <br>● Experience in Logistics Operations with knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance, FMCSA, and HOS <br>● Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. <br>● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. <br>● Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. <br>● Ability to work variable schedule(s) as necessary. <br>● Ability to commute and work out of the Tempe headquarters. <br>● Ability to work in an office environment, with extensive use of computers. <br>● Ability to sit for up to eight hours per day. <br>● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral.</p> <p>This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
