We don’t expect high production value, we just want the real you.</p> <p><strong>Please address these three areas:</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>The "Why":</strong> Why Carvana, and why join us at this specific moment?</li> <li><strong>The Track:</strong> Why is Product Management the right fit for your skills?</li> <li><strong>The Build:</strong> Walk us through an AI-driven project or solution you’ve personally built.</li> <ul> <li>Show us what you built and explain the thought-process behind some of the decisions you made along the way.</li> <li>Detail exactly how AI played a role in building it.</li> <li>Use a screen-recording tool and walk us through your code, documentation, or other artifacts while you share.</li> </ul> </ol> <p><strong>How to Record Share</strong></p> <p>You can use any tool you like, but our favorites for tech demos allow us to see your face and your screen while you share:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Loom (Recommended):</strong> Great for "picture-in-picture" recordings of you and your screen.</li> <li><strong>Camtasia or Clipchamp:</strong> Best if you want to edit multiple takes together.</li> <li><strong>Zoom: </strong>Use “shared screen with speaker view.”</li> </ul> <p>Ensure your video is uploaded to a cloud service such as YouTube or Google Drive and set to "Public,” Unlisted,” or "Anyone with the link can view."
