This space has a creative agency feel and is home to our Brand, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams. Many of Carvana’s biggest ideas begin here.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the heart of our LA office. You’ll be the person who ensures the office runs smoothly while also making it a place people genuinely want to be. <strong>Think: part office manager, part culture carrier, part hospitality pro, part creative problem-solver.</strong> You’ll set the tone for the space, keep things organized behind the scenes, and create moments that make coming into the office feel intentional, energizing, and very Carvana.</p> <p>If you’re equal parts organized and creative, love people, and thrive in fast-moving environments, we want to meet you.</p> <p><strong>This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Playa Vista, California.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the day-to-day office support for the Los Angeles headquarters, while also supporting the Oakland office remotely, to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.</li> <li>Managing office supplies, snacks, equipment, vendors, and maintenance needs.</li> <li>Creating a welcoming, inspiring environment that reflects the creative and collaborative culture of the LA office.</li> <li>Planning and executing in-office events, team moments, and cultural touchpoints.</li> <li>Partnering with our Office Operations, Facilities, Property, and Safety and Security teams to support the physical office environment.</li> <li>Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and requests, helping team members navigate the workplace with clarity and ease.</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to improve how the office feels and functions, and turning ideas into action.</li> <li>Building strong relationships across Brand, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams.</li> <li>Supporting company-wide culture campaigns and helping connect the LA office to the broader Carvana workplace experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>A natural connector who enjoys helping others feel welcomed, supported, and included.</li> <li>The energy in the room, whether that means being the friendly face, the calm under pressure, or the person people rely on to keep things running smoothly.</li> <li>Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>A creative problem-s ...
