<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p><em>We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to provide support to our portfolio managers and their team of research analysts.</em></p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<p>As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to one or several investment teams including portfolio managers and research analysts. Specifically, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strategically partner with investment team(s) to help alleviate workload and create efficiencies</li>
<li>Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings</li>
<li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements</li>
<li>Create and process expense reports</li>
<li>Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed</li>
<li>Participate in elements of the research process</li>
<li>Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations etc.) if required</li>
<li>Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to help optimize team workflow</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Brokers to manage corporate access for PM(s) and team in partnership with Compliance</li>
<li>Conduct research and aggregate data</li>
<li>Follow internal policies and due processes such as compliance approvals</li>
<li>Work on special projects as needed</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong industry knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and anticipate assignments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail</li>
<li>Research and organize earnings calls and conference dates</li>
<li>Proactive workflow management and strong communication skills</li>
<li>Desire to take on more responsibility and become an important member of team investment process</li>
<li>Demonstrated sustained top performance as a PM administrative assistant, exemplifying our Mission, Value and Standards</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously with very little direction</li>
<li>Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word - Consistently lives Point72’s Mission and Values</li>
