Our team is essential to Point72’s success and we provide mentorship, a growth path, and the opportunity for a long-term career with us.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>As a Product Designer, you will join our Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations. Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Execute the design process for new features and improvements, from concept to delivery, for our suite of investment applications.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.</li> <li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.</li> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to and contribute to our design system.</li> <li>Advocate for UX best practices while fostering a culture of design thinking and customer-centricity across the team.</li> <li>Measure and analyze user engagement to identify opportunities for product improvement.</li> <li>Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster innovation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s required</strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions in an agile development environment.</li> <li>A degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in the context of web applications for financial services or similar complex domains.</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and/or Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Passion for understanding the needs of users with experience conducting user research and usability testing.</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
