It includes Consulting Services, Academy and Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product, technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonis implementations, maximizing business value and driving product adoption for our customers. We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement and support expertise.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>As the Lead AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a presales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.</p> <p>The role can be located out of any one of our Celonis offices. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy</li> <li>Prototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions</li> <li>Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings</li> <li>Collect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customers</li> <li>Help define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers</li> <li>Closely collaborate with Product Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback</li> <li>Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions</li> <li>Design and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI Automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Min. 8 years working experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.</li> <li>Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.</li> <li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions</li> <li>Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions</li> <li>Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution / technology for the respective customer pain point </li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or ...
