Care to join us?</p></div><p><strong>The Team:</strong></p> <p>You will be a part of a team that owns the health and reliability of our product, which is pivotal to our success. The team will apply critical software engineering and SRE principles throughout the business.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consistently improve monitoring and metrics for all Celonis services as well as define and implement missing SLOs.</li> <li>Implement processes and automations to ensure prevention of problem recurrence and document the acquired knowledge.</li> <li>Be the champion of reliability in the organization and amplify the culture of SRE within the organization</li> <li>Own and improve the incident management process and drive blameless lessons learned.</li> <li>Drive knowledge sharing across all teams and partner with teams to engineer reliable and resilient services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid experience within the SRE domain and an excellent background in software engineering (typically 8+ years)</li> <li>Outstanding communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>A can-do attitude and a proven track record in owning and driving projects forward</li> <li>Programming knowledge covering Java and Spring Boot.
