We believe people do their best work when they’re happy and challenged, so we work to make Epic a place where we continually strive to do right by our community and customers.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <p>Epic Games seeks Administrative Assistants to support leadership.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide general administrative support to a department.</li> <li>Schedule meetings for executives and staff, managing conflicts and reminders.</li> <li>Booking travel accommodations, including flights, hotels and transportation.</li> <li>Reconcile expense reports.</li> <li>Organize large team meetings, offsites and events.</li> <li>Assist with orientation of new leadership hires.</li> <li>Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings</li> <li>Maintain discretion in handling confidential information</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures</li> <li>High degree of professionalism in dealing with outside partners and senior executives</li> <li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment</li> <li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software</li> <li>College degree, preferred</li> </ul> <h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2> <p><span data-sheets-userformat="{"2":13201,"3":{"1":0},"7":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":{"1":2,"2":13421772}},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":3},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":0,"11":4,"12":0,"15":"Roboto","16":10}">Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
