Work closely with engineering, analytics, and teams that work on player-facing experiences to solve complex, interconnected problems and deliver iterative improvements that move the needle for developers

Establish a clear, measurable view of product performance by defining north stars, strengthening instrumentation, and ensuring decisions are grounded in data

Operate effectively at the high level (e.g. presenting to executives) while staying close to execution details

What we're looking for

Experienced product leader with a track record of owning complex, data-focused platform products

Strong communicator, comfortable representing strategy and trade-offs to executive stakeholders

High-leverage operator who brings structure and momentum to ambiguous environments

User-centric mindset, always framing the problems we need to solve within the context of the developers we serve

Quantitative thinker who expects visibility into product performance and pushes to improve signal when it’s lacking

Technically fluent and able to navigate interconnected systems

Collaborative leader who builds trust through transparency, accountability, and follow-through

Adaptable and resilient in an environment where priorities evolve
