We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.</p></div><h2>ADMINISTRATION</h2> <h3><strong>What We Do</strong></h3> <p>Our Administrative team plays a key role in Epic's success by providing administrative, scheduling, organizational support, and more to our senior leadership.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <p>Epic Games seeks Executive Assistants to support Unreal Engine leadership</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide sophisticated calendar management</li> <li>Be strategic and proactive, by staying on top of team priorities and actively engaging in ways to help meet objectives</li> <li>Book complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains, and taxis/car services; then submit and reconcile expense reports</li> <li>Organize and support domestic and international offsite meetings with both internal employees and external partners, including some travel to attend in person</li> <li>Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings</li> <li>Maintain discretion in handling confidential information</li> <li>Be present in team meetings, as requested, and follow up on action items</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an executive assistant</li> <li>High degree of professionalism in dealing with outside partners and senior executives</li> <li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment</li> <li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software</li> <li>Experience working in gaming, entertainment, technology, or communications fields is preferred</li> <li>College degree, preferred</li> </ul> <h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2> <p><span data-sheets-userformat="{"2":13201,"3":{"1":0},"7":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":{"1":2,"2":13421772}},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":3},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":0,"11":4,"12":0,"15":"Roboto","16":10}">Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
