<p>• Maintain large volume of SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily<br>• Working with customers to resolve any issues which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds<br>• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing<br>• Following up on assigned customer SaaS renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer<br>• Driving SaaS renewal opportunities to close prior to service expiration through detailed funnel management<br>• Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership<br>• Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments<br>• Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets</p>
<p><strong>Your Experience</strong></p>
<p>• Passion for sales and SaaS based selling experience<br>• Excellent customer service skills<br>• Excellent communication skills both oral and written<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills<br>• Good computer skills<br>• Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues<br>• Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment<br>• Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and SalesForce are a plus</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
