Your role will involve transforming complex workflows and information into intuitive and visually appealing products and its features. By leveraging your expertise in product design, interaction design, and visual design, you will continually evaluate and refine our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address user needs and drive business objectives.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You will work alongside a talented team of product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to craft user experience solutions (including but not limited to design information architecture, interactions, content, and navigation) that align with business objectives and user needs. </li> <li>You should be able to use human-centered design methodologies and practices to transform complex, abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated and simple solutions by analyzing collected data, creating workflows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes.</li> <li>You will work with product managers and user researchers to understand the problems and earn trust with key partners to develop a shared vision hence design solutions. You will also work with engineers (front-end, middleware, backend and QA) to work through the structured process to implement design solutions. </li> <li>You will also participate in design reviews, critiques and guilds to help develop more effective and rich designs within the team. You should also be able to track KPIs and related-product metrics to observe and demonstrate the impact of the team’s created solutions. </li> <li>You will create, manage and ensure implementation of the existing design system, with continuously updating the components by creating visual assets to grow the core libraries (icons, illustrations, typography, and more).</li> <li>You should also ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines while keeping inclusivity top-of-mind to design for an audience based in various countries across the globe. </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Metrics: (optional)</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>User Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS/UX Score)</strong> <ul> <li>Measure improvements in user experience quality through usability testing scores, CSAT, or NPS before and after design changes.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Product Adoption Engagement Rate</strong> <ul> <li>Track how many users adopt and actively engage with newly designed features (e.g., % increase in feature usage).</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Conversion Task Completion Rate</strong> <ul> <li>Measure how well design changes help users complete key workflows (e.g., reduced drop-offs, improved conversion rates in a funnel).</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Design System Contribution</strong> <ul> <li>Track the number of reusable components, patterns, or visual assets created/updated, showing impact on scalability and consistency.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Cross-Team Efficiency</strong> <ul> <li>Measure reduced iteration cycles or faster design-to-dev handoff (e.g., % decrease in rework due to better alignment with PMs/engineers).</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Educational, Technical, and Pr ...
