We value winning together—while learning, having fun, and making a profound difference for the dreamers and builders in the world. </p></div><h2><strong>Passion statement:</strong><strong> </strong></h2> <ul> <li>A forward-thinking leader with a strong technical and product management background, passionate about making lives easier for developers, businesses and agencies</li> <li>An analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys hands-on execution</li> <li>An excellent communicator with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders around a shared product vision</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Help the product leadership in driving the product strategy and roadmap, defining the vision for our managed hosting solution</li> <li>Prioritize product features and enhancements, informed by customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives</li> <li>Develop and oversee detailed product requirements and specifications, guiding the product development process</li> <li>Constantly engage with customers, gathering insights to inform product improvements and new features</li> <li>Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain their position as a leader in the field</li> <li>Own the revenue generation streams and prepare adoption, activation, retention and revenue dashboards for the team</li> <li>Own the roadmap and priorities for specific teams and product lines;</li> <li>Lead the complete product lifecycle from evaluating early ideas to designing go-to-market collateral;</li> <li>Own product discovery including leading user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis, and incorporate this data into your day-to-day decision-making;</li> <li>Work closely with design and engineering teams to create product documentation, iterate prototypes, and drive delivery</li> <li>Create and flourish the experimentation culture in the product team around conversion rates to increase adoption and activation of users inside the platform</li> <li>Leverage AI to not only deliver customer value better and faster but also streamline and simplify internal processes and operations</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of product management experience in the SaaS or consumer software industry building products from ideation to launch.</li> <li>Experience working in a startup or high growth tech company.</li> <li>Experience working in a web hosting company is a huge plus</li> <li>Proven experience of working with Agentic Ai to deliver customer value (experience with AI powered customer value as well as internal application of AI to improve productivity and processes)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others throughout a remote-first organization.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence engineers, designers, and other contributors towards a common goal.</li> <li>Boasts a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>Excels at gathering and interpreting data to inform product decisions.</li> <li>Is adaptable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">*This is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad, India. <br><br>#LI-Hybrid </span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2 class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why You’ll Like Working for DigitalOcean</strong></h2> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-r ...
