As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p>As a Program Manager for DCMA engagement and contract compliance, you will lead engagement with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and ensure audit readiness, contract integrity, and compliance across autonomous aircraft, drones, ground control systems, and integrated government-owned equipment. The Program Manager serves as the critical bridge between regulatory oversight and internal program success, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and federal expectations. The right person for this role has knowledge of DCMA relationship management, executive risk communication, and internal program support compliance readiness reviews. <ul>
<li>Work with program teams who are engaging with DCMA through contracts, letters of delegation, statement of work documents, and program deliverables to develop strategies to meet DCMA requirements.</li>
<li>Act as primary liaison with DCMA personnel, managing correspondence, audits, and site interactions for programs under your purview.</li>
<li>Maintain a clear, current, and strategic understanding of all DCMA engagements, site visits, and their connection to contract deliverables and overarching Anduril strategy.</li>
<li>Cultivate and sustain a high-trust relationship with DCMA personnel through proactive, transparent communication.</li>
<li>Forecasts and tracks DCMA engagements including, but not limited to: Process Evaluations, DCMA Site Visits, Government Inspections, Contract Delivery Items, and VIP engagement</li>
<li>Deliver weekly engagement summaries tied directly to contractual requirements to key stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and deliver bi-weekly executive briefings summarizing DCMA activities and associated risks</li>
<li>Escalate concerns, risks, or deviations with clarity and urgency, ensuring informed executive visibility</li>
<li>Provide quantified risk impact analyses, tied to program schedules, cost exposure, and compliance metrics</li>
<li>Achieve a high percentage of positive feedback from executive stakeholders regarding clarity, relevance, and strategic utility of briefings</li>
<li>Conduct pre-audit reviews for all major DCMA activities with program teams, ensuring a high level of audit preparedness</li>
<li>Partner with Program and Product Managers to close all DCMA findings within agreed timelines.</li>
<li>Provide secondary review for all DCMA-related deliverables, maintaining low percentage of rework or clarification rate based on agency feedback</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar field with 5-7 years of direct DCMA engagement.</li>
<li>Outstanding Program Management skills combined with the proven ability to operate in a nebulous environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, AS9100, and defense quality frameworks</li>
