As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h3><strong>ABOUT THE TEAM</strong></h3> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Anduril Battlespace Awareness Radar team develops state-of-the-art radar systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies.</span></p> <h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3> <p>You will report to the Head of Operations for the Anduril Mission Systems Division but work directly with the Battlespace Awareness Business Line General Manager, Battlespace Awareness leadership team, and teams across Anduril corporate (finance, etc.) to run business operations for the Battlespace awareness business line. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact strategic projects. This role allows you to not only see the magic behind running the Battlespace Awareness business line and engage with each part of the business line (program management, engineering, production, and corporate), but to also work with and support the Battlespace Awareness GM to drive toward business success.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Drive day-to-day business operations for the Battlespace Awareness Business Line. This would include financial tracking, staffing/hiring, corporate governance, etc and working with cross functional partners across these domains. Specific examples include:</li> <ul> <li>Manage the Battlespace Awareness Business Line PL in partnership with a FPA partner to track financial health of budget against goals, drive actions to maintain operating expenses with budget, assess financial data and create strategies to drive toward margin targets, etc.</li> <li>Drive content preparation for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews for presentation to Anduril Executives</li> <li>Engage with Battlespace Awareness product and program managers to track and report out status and risks</li> <li>Drive annual planning for Battlespace Awareness Business Line as part of the corporate planning cycle</li> <li>Manage staffing and hiring - Support tactical staffing assignments in service of critical business line needs, track headcount, and work with recruiting to prioritize open roles and determine hiring strategies needed for rapid scaling</li> <li>Work with corporate technology to build the underlying data and system infrastructure for organizational operations - Confluence spaces, Jira systems, data drives, etc.</li> <li>Manage Battlespace Awareness Business Line communications internal to the team and external across the company, such as All Hands, etc.</li> <li>Manage planning and strategy for facilities, secured spaces, and capital investment</li> </ul> <li>Own and execute on special projects for the Mission Systems Division and Battlespace Awareness General Manager - Examples could include supporting acquisition integrations, working with the Battlespace Awareness Head of Production on strategies to reduce production variance costs, brainstorming on org development, completing strategic assessments and studies for the Battlespace Awareness General Manager, etc.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree in an engineering maj ...
