This is a key leadership role reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, requiring strong experience and understanding of both corporate strategy and supply chain operations. </p> <ul> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Market Analysis</strong> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate with Corporate Development team to analyze market rends and identify potential acquisition or investment targets that align with critical supply chain capabilities</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Integration Planning </strong> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Lead supply chain integration planning during MAs</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Supplier Collaboration</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with Corporate Development to negotiate strategic partnerships with key suppliers to enhance supply chain resilience and innovation</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>New Product Development</strong> <ul> <li>Coordinate efforts to align supply chain capabilities with new product introduction, ensuring readiness for market launch</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Risk Assessment</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with Corporate Development to conduct joint risk assessments to evaluate geopolitical and supply chain risks related to: <ul> <li>New market or partnerships</li> <li>Mid/long-term Divisions scaling constraints </li> <li>Supplier sole sourcing </li> <li>Sub-tier supplier constraints</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, supply chain management, or a related technical field</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">10+ years of experience in strategic supply chain and corporate development, with strong consulting and finance background</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">5+ years of experience managing a team of supply chain professionals</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience with specific commodity technical expertise as applicable. i.e. PCBA manufacturing, IPC standards, SMT processing, CAD, GDT</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to travel as needed</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA</li> </ul> <h4><strong>PREFERRED</strong> QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Masters or doctorate degree in engineering or supply chain management</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li> <l ...
