This role is responsible for planning, performing, and overseeing complex electrical work in our facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Installation Maintenance:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and control systems across our southern California facilities.</li> <li>Upgrade and retrofit existing systems to meet evolving operational needs and safety standards.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead electrical projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.</li> <li>Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Troubleshooting Emergency Response:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Provide expert troubleshooting for complex electrical issues; respond swiftly to emergencies to minimize downtime.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an electrician in a facilities management or industrial/commercial environment.</li> <li>Proven experience with complex electrical systems and high-level troubleshooting.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Proficient in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.</li> <li>Solid understanding of PLCs, motor control, and building management systems (BMS) is a plus.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Journeyman or Master Electrician license as required by local regulations.</li> <li>OSHA and other relevant safety certifications.</li> <li>Must possess a valid class C drivers license</li> </ul> <li><strong>Additional Skills:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated platforms.</li> <li>Must be comfortable lifting moderate weights and working in physically demanding conditions.</li> </ul> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$37</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$48 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
