<p>The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril’s fastest growing divisions. Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation <a href="https://x.com/anduriltech/status/1984403499505864716?s=20">collaborative combat aircraft</a>, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The ADS Operations team is a small but mighty team of business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible. We’re looking for someone to lead our ever-growing real estate portfolio, from finding new test sites and constructing new factories to designing laboratory space and utilizing our nation-wide footprint efficiently.<br><br><strong>Here’s what you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own our division’s nation-wide real estate portfolio across office, RD lab, test site, initial production, and full rate production sites and ensure our teams have what they need when they need it</li>
<li>Manage short term and long term space allocation across 10s of ADS teams for both office space and prototyping lab space, getting creative as necessary to meet the rapidly evolving needs of our teams</li>
<li>Translate engineering and production requirements to facility requirements for new builds, retrofits, and test sites by closely collaborating with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Test teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with the corporate real estate team on construction projects to ensure our teams’ requirements are being met and the projects are being delivered on time and on budget</li>
<li>Lead the launch of new facilities across ADS Engineering, Production, Real Estate, and IT so that move in is efficient as possible</li>
<li>Own the multi-year forecast of real estate needs across the division and determine when and where we make long term investments</li>
<li>Manage the financial impact of our real estate portfolio on the ADS PL</li>
<li>Execute on special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities as they arise</li>

<p><br><strong>Here’s who you are:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems</li>
<li>You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility</li>
<li>You have excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget</li>
<li>You have prior experience designing and/or setting up new production lines or factories - from process mapping through to collaborating with infrastructure design partners and work station design</li>
<li>You can read technical documentation like facility drawings, are highly proficient in excel, and have in-depth knowledge of construction means and methods</li>
<li>You have 6-10 years experience managing a real estate portfolio or in a manufacturing environment at a high-growth technology company or similar fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
