The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic storytelling, using financial analysis and modeling to drive insights and influence business decisions. This individual will be instrumental in driving the financial planning and analysis capability with Anduril’s core businesses, synthesizing large amounts of data to guide executive decision-making, and optimize financial performance.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Set the Cadence: Create the financial operating calendar rhythm (monthly, quarterly, annually), internal team templates and deliverables, executive presentation preparation/dry-runs, and engage buy-in and alignment from cross functional partners ahead of executive communications</li> <li>Craft the Narrative: Translate complex financial data into compelling strategic narratives for the C-Suite and CFO, explaining the "why" behind our performance, highlighting key trends, and framing insights to drive critical decision-making.</li> <li>Be a Strategic Partner: Partner closely with finance leaders in each Division to understand key operational drivers, analyze performance against plan, and provide insightful commentary that adds critical context to consolidated results.</li> <li>Build for Scale: Continuously improve and scale our financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure, developing robust processes and models that can keep pace with Anduril’s dynamic growth.</li> <li>Lead Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Tackle high-priority, ad-hoc strategic finance projects for senior leadership, providing rigorous, data-driven analysis on complex business questions to deliver actionable recommendations.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>5-8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FPA, or Strategy.</li> <li>Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling</li> <li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong executive presence and the ability to work seamlessly cross-functionally.</li> <li>Intellectually curious - you seek to understand the why behind the numbers and dive into the operations as needed.</li> <li>Creative problem-solver - able to identify obstacles, present viable solutions, and create systems to imp ...
