<p>Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.</p>
<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>
<p>We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our rapidly growing team in Reston, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of a diverse set of products in early stages of development. You will lead sales campaigns with a focus on expanding Anduril’s presence in the IC by championing our newly-developed technology. You will work to understand ways we can customize products for critical missions in the future and you will collaborate with technical experts to facilitate further innovation. This will require a person who has spent their career building a robust network of contacts who are key stakeholders within the IC.</p>
<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Use your personal network to lead sales campaigns supporting a diverse set of products</li>
<li>Develop and maintain close, trusted partner relationships with senior IC, DoD, and civilian US government customers with the goal of identifying new business opportunities</li>
<li>Assist customers in meeting their requirements and addressing gaps by facilitating the delivery of new capabilities, products, and technologies that are available or could be developed by this team</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to leadership by crafting long-term growth and product strategies for the program</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance</li>
<li>10 years of relevant experience in the IC minimum</li>
<li>Must be a proven business development leader who has pursued and won complex sales campaigns in the IC</li>
<li>Must know target customers across the IC and have an intimate understanding of government acquisition. DoD exposure is a secondary benefit as the primary focus of this program is the IC</li>
<li>Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment with strong management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence</li>
