These projects, include but not limited to the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (XL-AUV) Program.We are seeking a strategic and hands-on <strong>Director of Production </strong> to lead the establishment and scaling of a new production site. As we expand our footprint to the U.S. and Allied nations, this leader will be responsible for standing up a product-based production system within our existing facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a deep dual background in manufacturing and supply chain management, specifically within the maritime sector, and has a proven track record of scaling production at a high velocity.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Site Activation:</strong> Establish and stand up a new product-based production line within an existing facility, transforming raw space into a high-functioning manufacturing environment.</li>
<li><strong>System Leadership:</strong> Lead the end-to-end production of complex systems, ensuring all components integrate seamlessly from sub-assembly to final delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Production Scaling:</strong> Rapidly accelerate production rates to meet surging demand across U.S. and Allied markets.</li>
<li><strong>Maritime Supply Chain Development:</strong> Prove out and scale a localized supply chain capable of supporting high-capacity maritime production; push existing supply chain boundaries to achieve unprecedented volume.</li>
<li><strong>Line Management:</strong> Set tasking for the production line, optimize workflows, and develop comprehensive metrics to monitor and report on real-time line performance.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Maintain full accountability for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Cost/Schedule performance, ensuring all units meet rigorous standards on time and within budget.</li>
<li><strong>Uphold Accountable Across Organization:</strong> Hold cross functional teams accountable to meeting demands, deadlines and goals to deliver the production on time and within budget.</li>
<li><strong>Vision</strong>: Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality, teams to build and execute upon Anduril’s 3-year strategic vision for the Undersea Dominance domain in the US</li>
<li>Metrics Establishment Establish and manage team to financial, quality, and on-time delivery KPIs to understand how our manufacturing operations are impacting our business.</li>
<li><strong>Systems Implementation </strong>Advise on development and oversee implementation of digital technologies, from PLM and ERP to our custom MES and QMS systems, that enable our production operations to efficiently scale while meeting customer requirements.</li>
<li>Be accountable to AS9100D guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>

<li><strong>5+ year of Production leadership</strong> role within the hardware development industry with a track record of successfully scaling products from prototype to full rate production</li>
