You’ll spend part of your time ensuring day-to-day operations running smoothly and part of your time improving on status quo: building new workflows, cleaning up data, and finding ways to make processes less manual and more scalable.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have experience in building time tracking policies, workforce management and possess a strong understanding of payroll processes for hourly employees. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our HRIS to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll management. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to bring new tools online, test changes, and make sure our systems talk to each other the way they should.<br><br>This role is hands-on an you will own key parts of the HRIS environment, work with partners to solve problems, and guide the rollout of new functionality. You’ll train users, create documentation, and keep a close eye on data integrity so our team can make good decisions based on reliable information.<br><br><strong>HRIS Management and Technical Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a primary administrator for one or more People systems.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues promptly, document resolutions, and implement preventative measures to avoid repeat problems.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain time tracking policies and procedures for hourly employees.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.</li> <li>Analyze and improve existing HRIS functionalities related to time tracking and payroll.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, including user manuals and training materials.</li> <li>Generate reports on timekeeping and payroll metrics to support strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on time tracking systems and payroll processes.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time tracking and payroll within the HRIS.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to ensure People systems integrate seamlessly with company infrastructure and support business goals.</li> <li>Partner with People leadership to prioritize system enhancements and technology investments that enable us to scale effectively.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships by monitoring SLAs, coordinating on issue resolution, and influencing vendor roadmaps to meet business needs.</li> <li>Work with cross-functional partners to identify process gaps, test solutions, and implement improvements that make systems more efficient and user-friendly.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and building compliance policies to support hourly workforces, including scheduling and payroll accuracy.</li> <li>Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.) and data analysis tools.</li> <li ...
