The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, tracking, distribution, and lifecycle management of OT assets, playing a crucial role in maintaining our OT infrastructure.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU"LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Logistics Management: Oversee all logistics for shipping and receiving OT assets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</li> <li>Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of equipment.</li> <li>Inventory Management: Conduct regular OT asset audits, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage the asset management database.</li> <li>Physical Logistics: Perform tasks such as moving, stocking, and deploying inventory, including pallet transportation (must be able to lift to 50 lbs).</li> <li>Asset Refresh Cycles: Manage the deployment and retrieval of equipment during asset refresh cycles.</li> <li>E-Waste Disposal: Oversee e-waste disposal processes in compliance with environmental regulations.</li> <li>Hardware Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of OT hardware to end-users and coordinate returns efficiently.</li> <li>Policy Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of asset management and logistics policies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, preferably within an OT or production environment.</li> <li>Knowledge: Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and inventory management principles.</li> <li>Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in asset management and ticketing software.</li> <li>Physical Capability: Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as; a pallet jack, straddle stacker, or forklift; and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li> <li>Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Logistics Associate, IT Asset Management certification) are a plus.</li> <li>Inventory Reconciliation: Minimum of 4 years experience in</li> <li>Eligibility to be able to obtain a security clearance.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$59,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$89,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
