Our Low Observables engineering team is responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and sustaining </span><span data-contrast="auto">stealth features </span><span data-contrast="auto">that reduce </span><span data-contrast="auto">radar (RCS) and infrared (IR) signatures</span><span data-contrast="auto">, ensuring our systems remain undetectable in contested environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":40,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <p>• Assist in the design and development of antennas that go on low observable unmanned air<br>vehicles<br>• Design, simulate, and optimize antennas that meet RF performance while maintaining RADAR<br>cross section requirements<br>• Develop and decompose requirements by performing link-budget analysis to support RF system<br>architecture trades such as required antenna gain, pattern coverage, co-site interference, etc.<br>• Lead IRD development of antenna designs by rapid design and prototyping of antennas to<br>support program emerging needs<br>• Work with subcontractors and/or internal development teams to integrate antenna systems<br>onto un-manned platforms<br>• Develop analysis tools, workflows, and validation processes for antenna predictions<br>• Plan and execute antenna performance and RCS testing of Low Observable antennas<br>components and installed antenna testing</p> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <p>• 3+ years of Research Development experience of general RF and antennas<br>• Proficient knowledge of RF concepts which as aperture antennas, impedance matching, smith<br>chart, etc.<br>• Proficient in antenna prototyping tools and techniques<br>• Experience with antenna modeling and prediction tools, such as Computational<br>Electromagnetic (CEM) tools, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, SENTRi, ADS, FEKO<br>• Proficient in building RF analytical tools in MATLAB, C++, Python<br>• Proficient in antenna measurement techniques such as anechoic chamber, near field/far field RF<br>measurements, RCS measurements<br>• BS or higher degree in STEM discipline<br>• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance</p> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <p>• Experience with designing LO apertures<br>• Experience in phased array designs, RF front-ends, and testing<br>• Hands-on maintenance experience with Low Observable aircraft<br>• Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding environment</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$129,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$171,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
