This is a critical role at Anduril, as you will be expected to partner across the organization to drive change and improvements, as we continue to grow at a rapid pace. Planning at Anduril is a very complex problem due to the dynamic nature of our end customers and their changing needs. The Planning teams help manage a diverse supply chain and production landscape of developmental operations and full-rate production. <br><br>A successful candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategic and tactical execution and working cross-functionally to solve organization goals. You will mentor and lead cross-functional teams, build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure accurate forecasts and plans. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned operations leader with a passion for national security and cutting-edge innovation in the Solid Rocket Motor arena to lead and scale planning operations.</p> <h3>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Scale Planning at Anduril</strong></li> <ul> <li>Oversee all Demand, Material, and Supply Planning activities across Rocket Motor Systems.</li> <li>Refine SOPs and processes, introducing new systems tools, and managing KPIs.</li> <li>Build, mentor, and grow the team to match business needs, scaling for expanding product lines and global operations.</li> <li>Develop long-term road maps encompassing Growth, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Production to support expansion strategy.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Own Oversee the Sales Operations Planning Process</strong></li> <ul> <li>Successfully execute the monthly management of the SOP process to maximize sales growth and profit, while minimizing inventory and financial risk.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the SOP process as Anduril evolves and ensure that the process is providing insightful reporting to measure performance and drive recommendations.</li> <li>Drive standardized reporting, templates, and KPIs with input from key stakeholders like Finance and Business Line and improve the team’s internal processes to execute the monthly process.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Team Resource Management</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and build a high performing team that can consistently and successfully meet the needs of the organization.</li> <li>Manage team staffing, resources, finances, and provide strategic guidance to enhance operational performance and support decision-making.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative, mission-focused culture that supports professional growth and employee engagement.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration Influence</strong></li> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (Growth, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance) and have ability to influence and drive change when necessary.</li> <li>Partner up, down, and across the organization as necessary - must have the ability to present and interact with Exec/Senior Leadership, but also develop strong relationships with work ...
