<p>The <strong>Air Dominance and Strike Mechanical Engineering Team</strong> is responsible for designing and integrating advanced hardware for <strong>Group 5</strong> <strong>air vehicles and missile platforms</strong>. Air Dominance and Strike Mechanical Engineers own the <strong>full development lifecycle</strong>, from concept generation, to integration and flight test, ensuring<strong> </strong>high-performance, resilient, and scalable mechanical systems that meet the demands of<strong> </strong>complex, contested environments.</p>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">You will contribute to the development of mass properties (weight, center of gravity (CG), inertia) data for new air vehicle development.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop, track, and maintain mass properties data throughout air vehicle design phases</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in defining mass properties related design requirements</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Provide vehicle and subsystem configuration trade study guidance</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Support vehicle and subsystem level weight and balance control efforts</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Estimate, calculate, measure, and verify weight, balance, and inertia of components, assemblies, and completed vehicles or systems</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in developing and maintaining mass properties accounting systems</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Generate mass properties reports</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Author Weights and Balance Manual</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in developing and implementing new processes and tools</li>

<li>B.S. or M.E, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>5+ years’ experience in aerospace or related industry</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team skills</li>
<li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance</li>
</ul>

<li>Siemens NX proficiency</li>
<li>TOP SECRET DoD clearance</li>
<li>UAV design experience</li>
