<p>As a Material Specialist, you will be a key driver within our Supply Chain team at the Atlanta, GA office. This role goes beyond standard inventory movement; you will be responsible for the integrity of our material flow and the optimization of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate acts with a high degree of independence, identifying bottlenecks before they occur and implementing creative solutions in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert on-site, ensuring that our logistics pipeline supports Anduril’s mission through rigorous quality control and proactive inventory management.</p>
<h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and execute complex shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all high-value defense assets are handled with precision</li>
<li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in material movement; develop and implement improved workflows for pulling, packing, crating, and securing products</li>
<li>Act as the primary lead for cycle counts and physical audits; perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances to ensure 100% data accuracy</li>
<li>Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to expedite the flow of parts and assemblies, prioritizing movements based on shifting mission requirements</li>
<li>Independently manage the staging of finished products and production supplies, ensuring a lean and orderly distribution environment</li>
<li>Ensure all warehouse activities, including the operation of forklifts and heavy machinery, meet stringent safety and export-control standards</li>
<li>Serve as a power user for ERP/Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring all transactions (lot, serial, and batch) are recorded accurately and in real-time</li>
</ul>
<p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and significant experience operating forklifts and material handling machinery</li>
<li>Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm</li>
<li>Ability to be onsite, local to Atlanta, GA</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li>

Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
