<p>As our team continues to quickly grow, we are looking for motivated candidates that are inspired to work within an extremely energetic, creative, and innovative team that is passionate about subsea robotics and exploring the open ocean. We work in a highly dynamic environment where collaboration and idea sharing are a way of life. We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist<strong> </strong>to join Anduril, working in a cutting-edge start-up environment to advance the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics.<br><br></p>
<h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3>
<p>Planning, Deployment, and Sustainment:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct monthly inventories of equipment spread across multiple assets.</li>
<li>Attend project site surveys.</li>
<li>Interface for operations and logistics within field ops team; work directly with Operational Support Lead to ensure timely arrival of the correct gear and support equipment.</li>
<li>Take on the principal responsibilities of the hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs and heavy duty equipment in the field.</li>
<li>Deploy globally in support of test site mobilization and demobilization.</li>
<li>Participate in day-to-day logistics operations including supporting over the ground transport and craning operations.</li>
<li>Work with field team and quality to RMA defective equipment.</li>
<li>Adapt to emerging needs and projects associated with operational support.</li>
<li>Work closely with supply chain managers to maintain inventory management.</li>
<li>Provide FO consumables tracking and replenishment.</li>
<li>Standardize documentation by iterating on deployment documents and strategic planning documents</li>
<li>Maintain an organized warehouse by properly storing materials, equipment, and inventory.</li>
<li>Ensure the workplace remains clean and tidy through regular housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.</li>
<li>Travel and support customer facing operations approximately 20% of the time.</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of relevant work experience</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Experience with Oracle</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer support skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance</li>
</ul>
<h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Hoisting Engineer License</li>
<li>HMT 252 Shipping Excepted Lithium Batteries</li>
<li>Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices</li>
