<p>Anduril's Space team is dedicated to expanding our AI-powered capabilities into the final frontier, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military and allied partners. We're developing fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, to address growing threats in space and ensure our Guardians maintain a decisive advantage in this contested warfighting domain.</p>
<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>
<p>We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA or Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth team. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. If you are someone who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and thrives in a high-growth, fast changing environment then this role is for you.</p>
<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Corporate Operations and Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) to develop and refine strategic reporting and planning processes and goals so Anduril can hit aggressive growth targets</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (i.e., Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards, and supporting growth leads in refining forecasts and business opportunities</li>
<li>Analyze top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and enable informed, data-backed decision, including market analysis</li>
<li>Develop business cases for new investment opportunities to meet PL targets and ensure adequate resourcing</li>
<li>Own the translation of sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Operations, People, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Technology, and Finance</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience in a revenue operations, business operations or strategy role at a high-growth technology company</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.</li>
<li>Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Ownership mentality with a natural bias to assume responsibility. We empower our team to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and entrust them to actively own projects and shape their success.</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li>
