<p>The Deployments team that you’ll be a part of is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s products and hardware across product lines. Working across product, engineering, sales, and account management, Deployment Operations<s> </s>oversee coordinating all Logistics and Field Operations.<br><br></p>
<h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB </strong></h3>
<p>Ghost is Anduril's middle sized UAS platform - an expeditionary, quiet, and modular platform that delivers autonomy at the tactical edge by the everyday infantry soldier or operator. As an Operations Logistics Associate for Ghost, your mission is to be a part of our ambitious scaling efforts and having a high sense of ownership to getting Ghost deployed to our customers. Logistics is the core of this role as you will be an expert in all movements that keeps the Ghost program moving and growing.</p>
<p>As an Associate, you are responsible for delivering hardware and software to our customers in mission critical and logistically challenging environments. This will require a deep understanding of logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, the capability to work in ambiguous situations, and the curiosity to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute deliveries for our customers and team members, you will have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our capabilities. You will be tasked to solve exceptional challenges, unblock issues, and establish procedures to make sure our customers missions are successful.<br><br></p>
<h4><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment for all deployments, maintenances, and demos.</li>
<li>Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for working within systems to mirror physical hardware deployment, maintenance, and reverse logistics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse partners, business partners, and external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully.</li>
<li>White glove service and ownership of domestic and international shipping of Anduril hardware to end customers.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, propose, and solve logistical processes and risks.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customer’s needs are met to enable continuous improvement.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate Degree.</li>
<li>2 or more years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup, management consulting, logistics and/or military environment.</li>
<li>Highly polished communication skills and attention to details.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating cross functionally working towards a common goal.</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to prioritize across multiple projects and drive outcomes.</li>
<li>Ability to learn and work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting systems. (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)</li>
