As a People Team Partner to our site leadership throughout our Arsenal-1 manufacturing complex, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business to build a high performing organization.<br><br><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong><br><br>We are looking for a People team Site Lead to join our People team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for thinking strategically and providing daily support across all levels of our manufacturing and production teams, as well as support functions on site. The role involves partnering with our manufacturing teams to enhance talent development and performance at all levels of the team.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong><br><br>Strategic Advisor:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements</li> <li>Collaborate with senior site leadership across all skill teams to build, develop, and execute people strategies through our next iteration of anticipated growth</li> <li>Coach and advise for best practices within the team</li> <li>Develop deep relationships and cultivate trust with all parts of the teams you’re supporting</li> </ul> <p>Employee Relations:</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning</li> <li>Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation</li> <li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations</li> <li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention</li> <li>Coach Andurilans, functioning as an advocate and resource in resolving key employee issues while balancing the needs of the business</li> </ul> <p>Organizational Development:</p> <ul> <li>Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs, as well as assess and improve current people programs</li> <li>Help build and improve processes in a dynamic and high-growth phase</li> <li>Lead high value talent calibrations and compensation planning</li> <li>Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention</li> <li>Build and drive proactive processes to attract, grow and retain our talent</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of HR Business Partner experience</li> <li>Experience supporting a large hourly employee population in a manufacturing or logistics environment</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience</li> <li>Experience across multiple HR/People channels such as compensation benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development</li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments</li> <li>Clear, empathetic, and effective communicator who understands differences in others and adjusts their approach accordingly</li> <li>Effective partner and coach to executives, managers and people leaders; delivering feedback and challenging information in a way that builds trust and collaboration</li> <li>Excellent interper ...
