Anduril’s Finance Department is seeking a Pricing Monetization Manager to join our Connected Warfare Finance team. The Finance team partners with leaders across Growth, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Corporate Finance to drive a consistent operating cadence – monthly performance reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating planning – so teams can move fast with financial discipline and clarity. ABOUT THE JOB As a Pricing Monetization Manager, you will be developing and analyzing pricing and monetization strategies for various types of customer solicitations and contracts. The right person for this role has a deep understanding of pricing packaging strategy, financial analysis, cost estimating, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Connected Warfare Head of Finance, you will operate as an individual contributor with scope across multiple Anduril business lines, working directly with growth, engineering, and operations teams to develop pricing frameworks and licensing structures that maximize the growth of the business. You will track and report key performance metrics to drive profitable growth for the division. Your work will vary from quick-turn pricing exercises to leading new product offerings spanning from initial pricing packaging strategy to the continuous operationalization through to customer facing workflows. You are passionate about bringing people together across an organization to drive a business forward. You are skilled at financial modeling and have a keen interest in business strategy at a high-growth software company. You excel at distilling complexity into clear-cut, concise strategy, and are comfortable communicating this in written and visual form.
