<p>Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, digital, photography, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.</p>
<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>
<p>As a Digital Production Coordinator, you will be supporting the Production Manager to execute digital projects, from conception through launch, bridging creative vision, technical execution, and business goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, problem solver, and technologist – Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing digital ideas to life.</p>
<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support the lifecycle of web and digital projects – from kickoff and scoping to delivery and post-launch support.</li>
<li>Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans.</li>
<li>Serve as key point-of-contact for all digital projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with IT, InfoSec, Vendors, and Functional Stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plans, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, developers, and designers to prototype and test when needed.</li>
<li>Identify production risks and propose proactive solutions.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on digital trends, interactive media to inform future projects.</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>4+ years professional experience in digital, interactive, or immersive producing (agency, studio, or tech environment preferred)</li>
<li>Direct experience with websites, apps, and mixed reality products required.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of XR, VR, AR workflows, real-time engines, and web technologies.</li>
<li>Hands-on team player, reliable self-starter, highly organized and resourceful, with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong and concise communicator, with the ability to articulate clear processes.</li>
<li>Experience working with 3D pipelines a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus.</li>
<li>Must work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA.</li>
<li>Occasional travel required – 25%</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.</li>
