Here you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible. The Production Scheduler is responsible for provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning expertise to our production teams and more! If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight then this role is for you.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO </h4> <ul> <li>Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning expertise to our production teams</li> <li>Coordinate, review, plan and schedule inputs from the business and planning to create an integrated master schedule</li> <li>Works with the planning teams to ensure MRP is reflective of production</li> <li>Utilize Foundry and other applications to ensure work is scheduled and prioritized accurately and efficiently, and resources allocated appropriately</li> <li>Prepare daily work schedules, track work progress, update project critical path schedules, and advise leadership of needed adjustments to daily work activities</li> <li>Perform schedule baseline change control, collection and tracking performance, critical path analysis and variance analysis as required</li> <li>Ensure requisite production requirements are properly scheduled to facilitate an efficient production process</li> <li>Schedule production, operations planning, and engineering support to eliminate obstacles and deliver product on time</li> <li>Coordinate support from other internal resources such as inspection, testing, engineering, and supply chain as needed to meet program deliverables</li> <li>Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop permanent resolution on issues found during product builds as required</li> <li>Identify and support improvement opportunities for product yield, quality, safety, cost and team efficiency</li> <li>Identify process automation opportunities and drive organizational efficiency improvements</li> <li>Organize and communicate the daily priorities to production coordinators, team leads and supervisors as required</li> <li>Provide daily visibility, weekly status, and monthly reviews on schedule performance</li> <li>Develop and analyze metrics that tie production to enterprise goals as required</li> <li>Lead the creation of scheduling tools and initiatives in support of Anduril’s overall scheduling maturation</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </h4> <ul> ...
