<p>The Finance PMO team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the Finance Accounting organization. Our team is responsible for end to end project management across system implementations, process maturation, and special projects that align with the company’s objectives. The Finance PMO team collaborates heavily with Finance Accounting stakeholders, but also cross-functionally with teams across the entire business.</p>
<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>
<p>We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Finance PMO Team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for project management across a variety of strategic priorities across the Finance Accounting organization. This role will require strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and situations. If you are someone who has a high sense of ownership, then this role is for you. Success in this position comes from a dynamic mindset, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an operating posture that balances speed with rigor—especially in environments with evolving requirements and high mission impact. The ideal candidate can work autonomously with minimal direction, can own ambiguous workstreams end-to-end, and consistently drives work to completion.</p>
<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own end to end management of select projects within the Finance portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, and resourcing.</li>
<li>Establish and manage project management reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into overall project timeline, milestones, project health, risks and anticipated outcomes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance Accounting stakeholders, but also cross-functionally with our Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Manage competing priorities and expectations across multiple functions.</li>
<li>Execute adoption and change management to ensure a smooth transition across the organization when systems or processes change.</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in finance and/or technology</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Finance Accounting practices and systems</li>
<li>Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment</li>
<li>Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (ERP, EPM, BI tools)</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li>
</ul>
<h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience leading project management for system implementations and technology projects</li>
<li>Experience designing and implementing reporting and documentation frameworks, enabling continued scaling</li>
<li>Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Airtable for project management</li>
