As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Conceptualize, develop, and implement RF sensing technologies for platforms in all domains</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evaluate architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems</li> <li>Conduct rigorous analysis at the system-of-systems level; assess and decompose requirements flown to the radar subsystem level</li> <li>Create, communicate, and establish consensus for internal development roadmaps</li> <li>Develop, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and technologies</li> <li>Engage with industry leaders to align external roadmaps with Anduril business plans and pursuits</li> <li>Provide technical expertise to programmatic and business leadership to support strategic decision-making</li> <li>Guide, direct and mentor team members in theory and best practices</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>At least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field (advanced degree preferred)</li> <li>Proven experience in a technical leadership position developing high-performance defense radar systems</li> <li>Strong expertise in radar architecture, radar modes, and system modeling</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design.</li> <li>Proficiency in MATLAB, Python</li> </ul> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$126,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$167,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
