This unique role is designed for an operational leader who can seamlessly bridge command and staff level advising with hands-on technical deployment, integration, training, and operational support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation, strategic adoption, and sustained utilization of our advanced Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems across critical stakeholders throughout the region. Leveraging extensive regional knowledge, established networks, cross-cultural communication, and comfort with technology, you will advise senior leadership on the effective employment of autonomous systems, foster essential relationships, and contribute to successful rapid deployment, integration, and mission planning of Anduril’s family of systems. This role demands a rare blend of diplomatic acumen, proven experience building effective partner relationships, and train the trainer competency.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <p><strong>1. Training Adoption:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate delivery of comprehensive, multi-leveled technical training, including Train the Trainer courses, specifically tailored for militaries within the Asia-Pacific context, including end-users, operational staff, and senior leaders.</li> <li>Provide insight on user organizational structures, mission requirements, planning processes, CONOPs, and workflows to drive accelerated integration and operational employment of cutting edge technology.</li> <li>Conduct operational needs assessments to identify specific training requirements, operational gaps, and opportunities for enhanced and expanded system utilization.</li> <li>Guide creation and localization of culturally appropriate technical training materials, operational playbooks, documentation, quick-start guides, and troubleshooting resources in relevant regional languages.</li> <li>Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to ensure high levels of comprehension, skill transfer, and operational proficiency.</li> <li>Track key adoption metrics, capture and analyze user feedback, and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods to maximize impact and user proficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Broad Stakeholder Engagement Partnership Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cultivate relationships with critical stakeholders, including military leadership, staff, and end users.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted liaison facilitating effective communication and collaboration between Anduril and regional entities, from senior decision-makers to technical operators.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities that can enhance user’s successful adoption and deployment of Anduril Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3.
