As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with fellow Technicians and Engineers to fabricate items using various techniques, such as welding, drilling, grinding, and sawing</li> <li>Perform quality checks on completed products</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues with the fabrication equipment</li> <li>Follow OSHA safety guidelines</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reading and interpreting blue prints and drawing</li> <li>Welding (GMAW/FCAW/GTAW) of steel, stainless, aluminum, exotic alloys with 2-5 years experience</li> <li>Metal fabrication in an RD environment with 2-5 years experience</li> <li>Sheet metal fabrication experience (using press brakes, finger brakes, slip rollers, bead rollers, and other forming equipment) with 2-5 years experience</li> <li>Basic use of conventional machining equipment (mill/lathe)</li> <li>Ability to work through RD tasks with limited oversight (evaluate, design, order materials, execute)</li> <li>High level of mechanical aptitude (aerospace/automotive/motorsports background)</li> <li>Advanced mathematical and engineering skills</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures</li> <li>Ability to multi-task</li> <li>U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Water Jet/Laser cutting experience</li> <li>CAD (Solidworks) experience</li> <li>General knowledge with AC and DC electrical systems</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$37.01</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$49 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
