<h3><strong>ABOUT THE TEAM</strong></h3>
<p>Anduril’s Tactical Recon Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors using advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production methods—delivering safe, reliable propulsion systems that support a wide range of mission requirements. TRS hires software engineers hardware engineers, who are excited to build across a diverse and powerful portfolio—from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams contribute to highly capable autonomous robotics systems and propulsion products that operate reliably in the most demanding mission environment.</p>
<h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will design and develop the safety-critical circuitry to be used in Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD).</p>
<h4><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Design and own embedded control electronics from concept to production, including hardware selection, schematic PCB design, board bring-up, and system level integration.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and software debugging tools.</li>
<li>Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.</li>
<li>Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware.</li>
<li>Helped managed product sustainment in a production process with engineering improvements, product cost down, and sourcing engineering support.</li>
<li>Concurrently manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages.</li>

<h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with some of the following: 8- and 32-bit Microcontrollers, Linux-based SOCs, FPGAs, Ethernet, common communication busses (SPI, I2C), and power regulation.</li>
<li>High voltage DC and safety devices.</li>
<li>Power management and supply design experience - low power DC; medium voltage AC; battery storage systems.</li>
<li>Network management and switch design experience - Ethernet Gbit switch/PHY; configuring Ethernet switches (SW/PC).</li>
<li>Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests.</li>
