<p>The Electronic Warfare (EW) team is responsible for developing high-reliability radios, embedded processing, and power systems for software defined radio platforms. Working across hardware, software, and mission autonomy, the team delivers EW-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures that enable Anduril's next-generation autonomous electronic warfare platforms to operate in complex and contested environments. EW Electrical Engineers drive end-to-end development, from system architecture and circuit design to verification, integration, and test, ensuring scalable, mission-ready solutions that meet the performance, reliability, and survivability demands of the U.S. Military and modern EW warfare.</p>
<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>
<p>We are looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer<strong> </strong>to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and verification of projects on the Xilinx SOC/FPGA platforms and helping to establish robust design processes. This will require expertise in SystemVerilog, FPGA, and Xilinx.<strong> </strong>If you are someone who has supported rapid software defined radio development, then this role is for you.</p>
<p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with software, and electrical, engineers to bring up state of the art boards for software defined radios.</li>
<li>Integrate, and test, VHDL DSP Modules into larger system.</li>
<li>Design custom, and optimized, HDL for software defined radios.</li>
<li>Develop drivers for custom RF component boards (PLLs, mixed signal front ends, etc)</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong data-stringify-type="bold">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Xilinx FPGA tool flows using tcl, make, and C.</li>
<li>Experience with bring-up of high speed digital interfaces (PCIE,JESD,etc).</li>
<li>HDL design experience using VHDL or Verilog.</li>
<li>Experience with Linux development environment and tools (e.g. Git, gcc, etc)</li>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong data-stringify-type="bold">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience with embedded Linux driver development.</li>
<li>Exposure to Wireless comms (Bluetooth LE, 3G/4G LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, IEEE802.15.4, LoRa, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience with RF test equipment (Spec An, Sig Gens, Oscilloscope, etc)</li>
<li>Experience with Xilinx AI Engines or NVDIA CUDA.</li>
