The right person for this role has robust knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO9000), manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world-class Quality processes, work hands-on in a new factory, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Track and evaluate the organizations adherence to our documented QMS</li> <li>Monitor and analyze quality performance</li> <li>Perform internal QMS audits</li> <li>Coordinate External AS9100 Audits with our Registrar</li> <li>Collaborate with the internal leadership team to develop and implement our QMS</li> <li>Monitor and Control our QMS documentation</li> <li>Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues</li> <li>Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements</li> <li>Review standards, specifications, and processes</li> <li>Create and perform validations for tools and equipment</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus in quality, aerospace, or mechanical engineering or similar technical field <strong>and/or</strong> significant experience managing a registered QMS</li> <li>Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role</li> <li>Experience in managing a QMS in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Metrology knowledge and understanding</li> <li>Root Cause analysis experience</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>U.S. Person Status is required as this position may need to access controlled data</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </h4> <ul> <li>Master’s degree</li> <li>Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or other ISO-9001 based QMS standard.</li> <li>Production factory experience</li> <li>Excellent project management skills</li> <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$113,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$149,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
