Senior Radio Frequency Test & Integration Engineer, Electronic Warfare

As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril Electronics Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products.</li> <li>Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.</li> <li>Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system level testing.</li> <li>Integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.</li> <li>Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan.</li> <li>Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procuring and handling purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.</li> <li>Support and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing.</li> <li>Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures.</li> <li>Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and / or system validation and verification testing.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields</li> <li>Skilled with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.</li> <li>Familiar with Linux applications like command line (terminal) interface, creating and executing shell scripts, debug utilities, and general file system navigation.</li> <li>Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab to perform data parsing, data analysis, and test automation.</li> <li>Strong root cause analysis skills.</li> <li>Ability to travel 50% and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning.</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.</li> <li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Familiar with wireless communication protocols and test methods.</li> <li>Familiar with military and spectrum regulatory standards and test methods.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$146,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$194,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
