The ADS Vehicle Software team is responsible for the software running on these systems. Our senior software engineers collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop software for vehicle control, networking, sensor integration, and telemetry. We are looking for engineers excited to build the foundational vehicle software stack that supports the wide range of ADS initiatives, from early concept simulation to first flight to live operations to large scale fleet management.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <h4 class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold"><br>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h4> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Lead the definition, design, and execution of product verification and validation activities throughout the product development life cycle</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Implement and automate software verification tests by defining and delivering test cases written against software requirements</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Analyze and simulate requirements per customer specifications or developed internal product requirements</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Review use cases, requirements, and specifications for products to ensure that requirements and specifications can be verified and validated</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">The review also includes risk mitigations, usability, and regulatory requirements</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Execute complex testing, perform in-depth statistical analysis, and interpret results independently</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensure that testing and results are traced to requirements; activities are completed with objective evidence</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Summarize results in reports with conclusions or recommendations</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">As a hands-on subject matter expert, lead ad hoc testing and potential failure mode analysis to characterize product designs and performance</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct VV Design Reviews as specified in project plans, and in accordance with company procedure</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements and standards as they pertain to the development and testing of products</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-string ...
